Janis Taylor
Janis began her career in the adolescent treatment world in 2009. She has spent most of her time working closely with the adolescents and families in the direct care sphere, advancing her way up to Program Director overseeing a department of more than 100 people. She understands the process of change and is fully committed to the families she works with.
Kaizen appreciates the work Janis does with families to help them understand our program and the way she supports them through this difficult process. Her warm personality makes her easy to speak with and her knowledge of the therapeutic practices makes her a valuable resource for parents. Janis is married to her husband, Jason and they have 4 wonderful children.
